Situated on the owners’ 300-acre, working dairy farm with some public footpaths passing through, these three semi-detached, converted barns are ideal for a relaxing holiday with a quiet lane passing by. Milk Churn (ref UKC2400) sleeps four, Hay Rick (ref UKC2401) sleeps 8 and Scrumpy Barn (ref UK12014) sleeps 6. They have all been decorated and furnished to a very good standard. The Milk Churn and Scrumpy Barn have an open plan living space, whilst Hay Rick offers a spacious living/dining room and separate kitchen. Each have private outside seating areas, with amazing views across the Devon countryside, which is perfect for sitting down at the end of the day with a glass of wine.

There are many walks that can be taken on the farm, see the cows go in for milking or just enjoy the peace and quiet. Teignmouth beach is less than 4 miles away and is ideal for a day out at the seaside. Visit Dawlish Warren, where you will find a nature reserve, beach, amusements and pubs.
