Admiral’s Cottage is an original fisherman’s cottage and is a two bedroomed property close to the centre of Bridlington. The back garden is enclosed with a fence and gate at the entrance, ideal for children and dogs. There are also two seating areas in the garden too. With a private drive at the front, the property has undergone a full refurbishment making it a modern, well-equipped cottage with tasteful decor and furnishings throughout. It is an ideal base for families and couples looking to explore this beautiful area of the East Coast. The large, enclosed garden is an ideal place for relaxing and re charging your batteries whilst enjoying the afternoon sun and also for the children to explore.
A 5-minute walk will bring you into the town centre where you can enjoy all the amenities Bridlington has to offer including a beautiful harbour which is Europes largest fishing Port for Lobster. Two lovely sandy beaches on each side, where you can sail on ’The Yorkshire Belle; pleasure cruiser that offers a 1-hour cruise along the coast. Admirals Cottage is also close to the South beach and Bridlington Spa that attracts many visitors throughout the year for its many concerts and entertainment. Flamborough Head and the RSPB Bempston Cliffs are only a short drive away where you will find puffins, gannets and dolphins in their natural habitat. Filey is well worth a visit during your stay and for that traditional family beach, have a stroll along the Victorian promenade or walk part of the Cleveland Way between Scarborough and Filey. The medieval city of York is less than an hour away with great train links from the local train station.
