A beautiful one bedroom ground floor apartment, sleeping two people in a lovely period property. Situated in a great location of Torquay with the added benefit of off road parking.

Apartment 2 is situated on the ground floor of the building and is accessed via the grand main hallway. With over 45 square metres of space, this is a fabulous one bedroom pet friendly apartment for two people to really spread out and enjoy.

The apartment benefits from a large living area which has a massive bay window overlooking the gardens at the side of the property. This living space features a large sofa and a modern flat screen TV. In the bay window is a table and chairs, perfect for dining at, or for use as a place to do work for guests on business. The bedroom with its king-sized bed has large picture windows overlooking the Rose Garden at the side of the property. All bedding and towels are included in the price of the apartment and for guests staying more than seven nights we offer a complimentary bedding and towel change.

We have a communal laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers - we supply complimentary detergent. There are also ironing facilities available too. The apartment has had a completely refitted shower room with an easy to access walk in shower benefitting from a shower seat and grab rails if needed. Finally, there is a well-equipped kitchen with a full-sized oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. A complimentary welcome pack of milk, teas and coffees etc. is provided.

Free Wi-Fi comes as standard and there is off road parking for all guests in our car park. We are delighted to welcome well behaved pets into the apartment (please check with us for charges) and have lots of information available to make a break away with your four-legged companion a really enjoyable one. We are scrupulous with our cleaning and recognise that although our pets are dear to us, it is important that they only leave fond memories behind after they have gone home.
