This charming, elegant third floor holiday apartment is located in an impressive sandstone, Victorian, Grade B listed building, and it enjoys stunning panoramic views over Oban Bay and the islands beyond of The Sound of Kerrera, Mull and Lismore. The apartment is beautifully presented and spacious, and has, in the past, been described as ’one of Scotland’s finest tenements’. It was built between 1905 to 1907 by the architect William Leiper.
It is centrally located in Oban, the ’seafood capital of Scotland’ with a variety of fish restaurants, a fishing boat fleet in the bay, curio shops, a leisure centre and a cinema conveniently on your doorstep. Whilst staying in this lovely area, enjoy taking a walk down to the beaches at Ganavan, or take a short ferry trip to the Island of Kerrera which has its very own castle. You can also go to the bustling ferry terminal and visit Mull, Colonsay, Tiree, Lismore and Barra.
