Barley Cottage is a stone-built two-bedroom cottage set within 28 acres of private grounds in the Colmer Estate near Modbury in South Devon. The cottage is one of only 20 privately owned homes on the estate which includes a woodland, fishing lake, streams, landscaped gardens and meadows. There is a large communal heated outdoor swimming pool nearby which guests can use (heated late May to the end of August) and an indoor pool that is open from April to October, plus guests also have use of the shared tennis courts, table tennis table, games room, gym and children’s play area situated within a walled garden.
