Just minutes from the famous Fistral Beach, these charming apartments provide the ideal base for that all important beach holiday on Cornwall’s beautiful coast. New kitchen and appliances for 2023. Upgraded LVT flooring throughout, new efficiency combi gas boiler. These holiday properties are two of three similar apartments in total, which are exclusively owned. Situated on one of Newquay’s dramatic headlands, the apartments are in a peaceful road but only a 10-minute walk from the centre of the town. Across the road is Fistral Beach, backed by dunes and favoured by surfers as well as swimmers and families. Enjoy the mile of golden sand that stretches down the coast, where you will find the locals’ favourite beach bar, pizzeria and Rick Stein’s famous ‘chippy’, a great walk with a superb reward.
Newquay provides an abundance of attractions suitable for the whole family, from wide sandy beaches, restaurants, beachside cafes, a zoo, a Sea Life Centre, parks, sports centres, swimming pools, surf schools, sea fishing, go karting, horse riding and golf. The golf course, which is adjacent to the beach, is within walking distance, as are many of the local attractions. Surrounding the town are many picturesque and secluded villages with quiet spots to get away from the hustle and bustle. Padstow and Watergate Bay are also close by and home to Rick Stein’s and Jamie Oliver’s restaurants (booking essential).
Further afield will bring you to the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Lanhydrock House and many other National Trust gardens and historic houses. Truro, St Ives, Penzance, Falmouth, Port Isaac and Fowey are also close to Newquay and all provide an excellent, alternative day out for the whole family. Beach 200 yards. Shop and pub 200 yards, restaurant 250 yards.
