A walk in the other direction will take you to the popular bohemian paradise of Hebden Bridge, which is also home to the National Trust Hardcastle Crags. A scenic drive from Hebden Bridge over the moors will bring you to Haworth where the Parsonage Museum commemorates the famous Bronte family who lived there. There’s the Peak District National Park to the south, the Yorkshire Dales National Park to the north and with direct train links from Todmorden or Hebden Bridge to both Leeds and Manchester you can be assured there will always be something to keep you busy and entertained.
