The cottage is the first in an attractive row of white cottages along the seas edge, off the centre of the village, a tranquil, secluded outstanding spot. A couple of minutes’ walk over a burn to a convenience store, newsagent, butchers, bookshop, restaurant, café and pub, and you are right on the NC500 route, should you wish to venture out further along the coast. It is a magnificent area to spot and hear wildlife right from the cottage, such as red and black throated divers, gannets, terns, otters, seals, porpoises and curlew and oystercatchers on the rocks. Enjoy the surrounding beautiful scenery, gorgeous sea views to the hills and beaches of Gairloch, the Torridon hills islands and over to the Isle of Skye. The front of the house is a sun trap, a perfect spot to relax, and take in the view. There are spectacular sunsets over Skye.
