The sociable open plan living space is perfect for enjoying time with family or friends. The bedrooms are simple yet comfortable and the property homes a shower room, renovated in 2021.

This is the prefect home for families, couples or groups of friends to enjoy some time away in one of Northumberland’s most beautiful towns. The owners live nearby and are on hand should you need advice or assistance during your stay. They love to share tips and local knowledge about the area.

Berwick-upon-Tweed is a popular coastal town with lovely shops, restaurants and a friendly atmosphere. There are also several other villages scattered within 30 miles of Berwick which are there to be explored. The beaches are truly exceptional and have to be seen to be appreciated. They offer miles and miles of sandy coastline for those who enjoy a leisurely amble or a long walk. This really is a special and extremely beautiful part of the world. Berwick Upon Tweed is on the main east coast train line meaning it is only 50 minutes or so from both Newcastle and Edinburgh, but also easily accessible from York and London.

Popular Holy Island (Lindisfarne) is just 20 minutes’ drive away, but do be sure to check tide times before your visit! Once in Berwick you can walk everywhere, or there is a good bus network which takes you to the neighbouring villages. Having a car is also great fun as you can go off on day trips and explore a little further afield. Parking in Berwick is free, but you need to display a parking disk in your car window which can be provided by the owner. Well behaved dogs are also welcome.
