Renovated in 2020, Shoreline is a one-bedroom, ground-floor apartment situated in the heart of Goodrington. Goodrington Beach is a short walk away, and a twenty-minute walk takes you to Paignton Beach. The famous harbour town of Brixham can be reached by car. This lovely apartment is ideal for a couple to escape and enjoy the South Devon coast.
On entering the property, there is a pleasant entrance porch/conservatory area with seating. There is a main open-plan living space complete with a 40" Smart TV and well-equipped kitchen area. This is a fantastic location with the beach, local shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Being close to the South West Coastal Path, this is also great for walkers too.
