The name Boroughbeck Cottage is named after the stream directly outside the property which runs through Helmsley. This semi-detached cottage has plenty of character with a large fireplace with a wood burner, exposed beams and offers a high-end holiday retreat whilst being ideally located to explore all that the North York Moors has to offer.
The property is set over two levels, you enter the property into the living room which is a lovely comfortable space where you can relax in front of the wood burner which will keep you warm on the colder evenings. On the same floor you have a well presented and well-equipped kitchen which has plenty of room for food preparation and dining space. A barn door then leads you into the garden which is a sun trap throughout the day.
