Broats Barn is a delightful cottage in the quaint village of Bolam. Set back overlooking the garden to the front, adjacent to the owner’s home, Broats Barn has been completely refurbished in 2019 to a good standard. This semi-detached cottage features original beams and exposed stonework throughout. Upon entering Broats Barn there is a lovely living room leading through to a warm and welcoming kitchen complimented by the Aga, the perfect spot to enjoy a meal with family or friends. We also offer a VIP (Very Important Pooch) welcome pack. Each pack includes delicious biscuits, a comfy dog bed and a water bowl. The owners also hold an emergency supply of blankets, towels, toys, and more, just in case you forget to bring these essentials from home.
