Bruce’s Cottage sits in a small hamlet convenient for exploring the delights of West Cornwall. This deceptively spacious, semi-detached cottage has been lovingly restored by the owners’ retaining many of its original, period features.

The cottage is ideally located and is just a short drive from the historic town of Marazion and the beautiful island St Michaels Mount. There are many towns and villages within a few miles to explore, each offering lots of local history. It is also conveniently situated for visiting Penzance, Mousehole, Newlyn, Lands End and St Ives. A scenic coastal train runs from nearby St Erth in to St Ives where you can discover winding streets, art galleries, The Tate Gallery, tea rooms and a selection of quality restaurants, many dotted along the water’s edge.

The area is popular with walkers, beach lovers and water sports enthusiasts, with surfing, kayaking, canoeing and fishing trips available locally, or just relax on one of the many beautiful beaches nearby. Walk to the National Trust’s Trencrom Hill from the cottage where from the top you can enjoy the stunning view of both coasts. The wide Hayle Estuary and marshes at Marazion attract bird watchers from around the world. Sub-tropical gardens, National Trust properties and the tin mining heritage can all be found on the doorstep. This wonderful home from home is perfect for families and friends looking for a quiet relaxing break whatever the season. Beach 4 miles. Shop and pub 1¾ miles, restaurant 4 miles.
