Nestled on the outskirts of the popular seaside village of Aberporth, Cae Gwyrdd (meaning Green Field) is perfectly located in a peaceful setting surrounded by open countryside, yet only a mile from Aberporth’s two blue flag awarded beaches. This spacious 3 bedroom bungalow has been lovingly decorated and styled throughout to provide superb accommodation for families or couples and is also pet friendly. The property enjoys a splendid outlook over tranquil farmland and even boasts sea views in the distance. The fully equipped kitchen provides all you will need for your stay, but may not be used thanks to so many lovely pubs and restaurants nearby. Patio doors lead out from the living room onto the decking area and then down to the large lawn garden - an ideal spot to light a BBQ and dine alfresco. The Sun Room provides a delightful second sitting room, which also enjoys the same beautiful outlook. Sit back and watch the passing wildlife - buzzards and red kites are frequent visitors here. A circular walk passes nearby and leads down to the village - Aberporth, a popular and sought after holiday destination on the Cardigan Bay Heritage Coast, is home to shops, a post office, cafes, two pubs, restaurant, takeaways and leisure centre. The Ship Inn is a dog friendly and welcoming place to eat, drink and relax - sit under the heated terrace to enjoy the views of the sea and maybe spot a dolphin!
