Only 4 miles from Sheringham and set in the grounds of the owners’ home in 4½ acres. The three old farm buildings in traditional Norfolk flint have been converted into charming holiday accommodation with use of cycle store. Located in farming countryside the properties are at the end of a winding drive, on a lane on the outskirts of Lower Gresham. Enjoy the deserted lanes, walk the many footpaths and bridle paths. Cycle to the coast or inland into deepest Norfolk; Cycle Route 30 runs past the property. Sheringham is a short drive with sandy beaches, the main station for the Poppy Line steam railway, the ‘Splash’ indoor leisure centre, the local market, theatre and traditional shops. The Georgian town of Holt is 5 miles, with shops, artist studios, restaurants and market. The seaside town of Cromer is 4 miles, with pier, theatre, cinema, promenade and cafés. Enjoy the wildlife in the surrounding countryside, and drive along the coast to the bird reserves at Morston and Cley next to the Sea, or take a boat trip to view the seals at Blakeney Point. There is golf and fishing available nearby and within 5 miles are the National Trust properties at Felbrigg Hall and Sheringham Park. Shop and pub 2 miles.
