Holy Island, Alnwick with its famous station book store and castle and gardens, used in the Harry Potter films for Hogwarts, Blyth with its lighthouse and Seaton Delaval Hall, Bamburgh Castle, Newcastle, boat trips from Amble around Coquet Island, and Seahouses with boats to the Farne Islands, are all within easy driving distance.
