This end-terraced, seaside property is a stone’s throw from the beach itself and boasts a private hot tub within its enclosed, private garden. The cottage has a quirky layout but provides plenty of space for larger families and groups and is well equipped and comfortably furnished. A privately run caravan holiday park neighbours the property, where guests are welcome to enjoy the clubhouse restaurant and bar, with its seasonal entertainment, arcade and outside there is a play area for younger children.
Coastguard Cottage is located within a no through road leading down to the beach, which is only a short walk away, but please note there is no pedestrian access to the beach from the drive. During the winter season, the beach is regarded to be one of the region’s best spots for surfing, so be sure to bring your board!
Caister-on-Sea village, only 500 yards away, has shops, cafes and restaurants with ice cream to enjoy! Nearby, you can explore Caister Castle ruins and the classic car museum. A short drive away is the traditional seaside town of Great Yarmouth, which boasts a racecourse, has amusements, a pleasure beach that offers thrill rides galore, a wide sandy beach, pitch and putt, leisure centre with an indoor fun pool and town centre with shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants.
Explore the famous Norfolk Broads, a stunning region with miles of inland waterways, best explored by boat, and teeming with wildlife and pretty villages.
