Cobi’s Cape Cottage is a delightful cottage within walking distance of the main square in St Just where guests will find a vibrant atmosphere, a supermarket, fresh fruit and veg, bakers, butchers, art galleries, tea rooms and cafés plus three pubs all serving great food and local ales.
This mid terrace property boasts stunning sea views to the front and a pretty front garden where guests can unwind and relax after a busy day exploring. There is a fully enclosed patio area to the rear.
The cottage has three first floor bedrooms, including a front room with sea views and a kingsize bed, a rear double bedroom and a bunk bedroom. There is also a bathroom with shower over bath. The light and spacious fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area is ideal for rustling up a family meal or hearty breakfast, while the living room boasts a cosy wood burner.
Perfectly located for exploring the delights of Cape Cornwall, just 1¼ miles away, with its rugged coastline and endless coastal paths and walks. The area is famous for its association with the Poldark TV series and its heritage and mining history.
The property is just a short drive to Sennen Cove with its wide sandy beach and surfing haven. The Minack open air theatre is a must see with the ocean as a backdrop and views over Porthcurno beach. A number of quaint villages and harbours can be found at Mousehole and Newlyn, and the sea faring town of Penzance is close by.
The area is popular for walking, windsurfing, surfing, swimming, cycling, pony trekking and golf, with Cape Cornwall golf course just a mile down the lane. The area attracts artists throughout the year and offers a number of wonderful local galleries and studios to peruse. Beach 4½ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
