A lovely cottage, just a 10-minute walk into the centre of the Wolds Georgian market town of Louth, well known for its many good restaurants and bars as well as its traditional three markets a week. Just 150 yards walk away is the Hubbards Hills where you can enjoy a walk alongside the river through the park and onto Westgate Fields which brings you into Louth towards the magnificent church and town centre.
The east coast with its sandy beaches and traditional seaside resorts such as Skegness and Mablethorpe is only 30 minutes’ drive or head into Lincoln approximately 35 minutes away for a great day out exploring the cathedral, castle and even have lunch alongside the Brayford marina as you watch the boats cruise by.
Motorsport enthusiasts will enjoy nearby Cadwell Park race circuit which has events and track days most weekends. For those that love to explore on foot or by bike there are popular cycle routes out into the Wolds or lovely walks straight from the door. Meridian Leisure centre is a 5 minute drive from the property, as well as Louth cinema and theatre. Shops, restaurants and pubs ¾ mile.
