There are some great golf courses here along with super walks in the Den of Alyth, a wooded glen on the outskirts of the town. Heading west, enjoy a scenic route to the popular town of Pitlochry with its theatre, shops and fish ladder. In the winter months try your hand at skiing at Glenshee, just 20 miles away, or travel a little further and enjoy the stunning scenery of Braemar.
