Cricket View Cottage is a beautiful Victorian town house in Redcar on the North Yorkshire Coast, located in a quiet part of town, but just a few minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. The property has recently undergone a major refurbishment and has been tastefully finished with high quality decor and furnishings throughout and it is very well equipped. As a result the cottage has a light and airy welcoming feel. This is complemented by the walled garden at the rear of the property, where you can relax on traditional style wooden furniture to enjoy the sunny summer evenings. There is a comfortable double bedroom with a en-suite shower room on the ground floor, making it ideal for the less mobile or older family members. Redcar has always been a popular holiday destination for families and Cricket View Cottage is only a short level walk from Coatham Beach, Redcar Beach and Promenade which makes this cottage a perfect starting point for a relaxing evening stroll. And , if you are fortunate, the early morning walkers will be able to see the racehorses being trained on Coatham Beach. Naturally talk of racehorses leads to the famous Redcar Racecourse, which is on the edge of Redcar town centre, and only a half mile away from Cricket View Cottage. Cricket View Cottage is situated opposite to Redcar Cricket Club, the oldest cricket ground in continual use in the whole of Yorkshire, and close to many of the great range of amenities that Redcar has to offer, including the new leisure centre and high quality swimming pool that is being built just 200 yards away.
