Cuthberts Landing sits proudly on the famous Riverside Road in Alnmouth. A charming building situated in central Alnmouth boasting magnificent views over the beach and estuary. The lounge is a bright, and welcoming space with traditional interior and comfortable furniture. Head to the kitchen and dust off your cookbooks to rustle up a hearty Northumbrian meal! All the necessities you require are there to make a meal for the family to enjoy. Retire to one of two bedrooms to unwind, one boasts a king-size and the other two single beds as a bunk bed. Refresh in the family bathroom with vanity unit and enjoy an invigorating shower before heading out for the day. If you are looking for a relaxing break where you can fall asleep to the sound of waves whilst enjoying a glass of wine on the patio… look no further than Cuthbert’s Landing!
A two minute walk will take you to all the local pubs and shops, as well as access to a selection of charming cafés, independent shops, and restaurants. Located directly to the front Cuthberts Landing is the famous estuary with St Cuthbert’s Cross across the water, a lovely place to take a blanket and a picnic to sit and relax; this stretch of paradise will allow for some unforgettable memories with your loved ones. The area also poses some great opportunities for sailing enthusiasts, or if sailing isn’t your thing why not enjoy a round of golf; ideal for amateurs and professionals alike. A short drive brings you to the historic market town of Alnwick, which can be walked or cycled and boasts the most beautiful scenic routes. There’s a lot to enjoy in Alnwick, why not start at the famous Barter Books, then make your way to the enchanting Alnwick Castle to start your own Harry Potter adventure. Further North brings you to Seahouses, Northumberland’s most popular fishing village. Don’t miss your chance to hop on a boat and head to the Farne Island’s and capture some unforgettable memories. Watch the seals sunbathe on the rocks and enjoy the pretty puffins with their young.
