This fabulous cottage is sure to delight on arrival, set over four floors with characterful decor flowing throughout. At the front of the property you have on street parking, in such a peaceful area it is usually easy to park close by. At the front you have a little paved area for sitting out in the sunshine, with steps leading up to the front door. Inside you have a stone flagged hallway which leads you to the welcoming living/dining room. There is a striking white marble fireplace housing a warming wood burner, ideal for a cosy night in after a busy day of exploring. The dining table with benches and matching chairs sits in the bay window, where you can watch the world go by. Further along the hallway you have the well-equipped modern kitchen, complete with a pine topped breakfast bar.
Downstairs there is an added surprise, a snug living room ideal for snug movie nights on the generously sized TV. Or for younger family members they can entertain themselves on the X-box, giving adults a chance to relax and unwind. There is also a king sized bedroom on this floor, with an original grand feature fireplace and a built in cupboard housing the washing machine. Plus a separate toilet.
Up on the first floor you have a second kingsize bedroom, boasting front facing views across the moorland of the National Park as well as glimpses of the sea beyond. To enjoy these views there is a leather armchair where you can sit back and take in the scenery. With a free standing wardrobe and drawers you have ample storage for your belongings. Also on this floor you have the spacious and inviting family bathroom, with both a free standing roll top bath as well as a large walk in shower.
Finally perched up on the second floor you have a family bedroom, with the best views from the Velux window across the heather clad moorland over to the vast blue sea. Under the eaves you have both a double as well as a single bed. Conveniently you have another separate toilet up on the second floor.
