Little Fawn is a modern 3-bedroom 2-bathroom lodge with a wonderful sunken hot tub ready and waiting your arrival, ideal for couples or friends to enjoy some special times, Ideally located offering some privacy the lodge has a front and back seating area with wonderful countryside views from the rear side. Situated not far from the entrance, the park itself has an on-site restaurant and café on the site of the 40-acre country park with a small lake with resident swans and wildlife. Take an evening stroll then perhaps something to eat on-site or take a few minutes’ drive to one of the many restaurants and pubs nearby.
Located close to the A1 yet you feel like you are on a country retreat. Children will love the Northumberland Zoo which is only half a mile or within walking distance for those who enjoy walking. Burgham Park Golf course is only half a mile ideal for the golfers in the family. Nearby Alnwick is home to the Duke and Duchess where you can visit the majestic castle used in some Harry Potter scenes, perhaps have a broomstick lesson (in season) or visit the Duchess’s enchanting water gardens then meander the streets soaking up the history.
Nearby Morpeth is a very pretty, historic market town with some wonderful bars and restaurants and an Edwardian Shopping Arcade to explore as well as river boats down on the river Wansbeck.
