Fern Lodge is a three-bedroomed, detached property built under a tent roof, and has a bedroom suite with a beautiful gable window and balcony from where you can enjoy stunning views but have the option to pull the drapes of the tent over for privacy. Downstairs, this beautiful modern lodge has speakers built into the in the ceilings and offers an alcove with a kingsize bed tucked away, and a further bedroom with doors out to the private garden, which has a private hot tub, outdoor kitchen, BBQ and comfy seating. There are also luxury shower rooms on both levels with double cubicles.

The Goodwood Estate is close by, famed for its motor racing, golfing and horse racing and home to the world-famous Festival of Speed. The historic cathedral city of Chichester is also only a short distance away. The coastal towns of West Wittering and Bognor Regis are only a 25-minute drive away. The picturesque sailing village of Bosham and Arundel, with its historic castle and antique shops, are well worth a visit. The Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust, Pagham Nature Reserve, the nautical city of Portsmouth with its Spinnaker Tower, Gunwharf Quays with designer outlets and waterside dining are also within easy reach.
