This is the perfect location for those wanting to visit the world-famous events at Glorious Goodwood, just a 15-minute drive away, and Fontwell Racecourse, which is less than 10 minutes’ away. The bright annexe, which is attached to the owner’s home, has its own private entrance and parking in front of the property. The bedroom/living area offers two single beds (can be made into a large double) and there is a small dining area with folding chairs, armchair and Smart TV. There is a separate kitchen with microwave, electric hob and fridge. On warm, sunny days guests are welcome to move the dining table outside for some al fresco dining whilst enjoying the countryside views.
A short drive from the beach at Bognor Regis, one of the most popular seaside places to visit with its large expanses of sand at low tide and a 3-mile long promenade. There is lots to explore in this area of the south coast, including the historic cities of Arundel, home to stunning Arundel Castle and Gardens.
