Hayling Island is a great destination for a family holiday, there are several beautiful beaches where you can enjoy sunbathing, swimming, or building sandcastles. Just a short walk to Funland Amusement Park with a variety of rides and attractions plus a soft play area for younger children. Why not take a ride on the Hayling Seaside Railway, which runs from Beachlands to Eastoke Corner, a great way to see the island and enjoy the sea views. There’s a network of cycle paths that run through the beautiful countryside and along the coast, well known for its water sports, you can try your hand at windsurfing, kitesurfing, or stand-up paddleboarding. There are several water sports centres on the island that offer lessons and equipment rental. If you fancy a night off from cooking, there are plenty of places to dine out including a restaurant just a 5-minute walk away and a chip shop only 7 minutes away.
