A short drive away you have the market town of Skipton, gateway to the Yorkshire Dales with its historic castle, canal walks and many interesting shops and eateries. Hop aboard the steam railway between Haworth and Keighley, a wonderfully nostalgic experience- the location was even used in the hugely popular film ’The Railway Children’. Other popular places include East Riddelsden Hall, the Bronte Parsonage Museum, or a day out discovering the fabulous city of York. Shop and restaurant 100 yards, pub 20 yards.
