The cottage enjoys a hilltop setting with panoramic views. Outside is a patio area with garden furniture and private hot tub, as well as a shared utility room a short walk from The Granary with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is plenty to see and do on this working farm, including a children’s play area with sand pit, large slide, play boat, climbing wall, children’s playhouse, communal area with a wood fired pizza oven, table tennis, football and pool table. There are pet sheep on-site as well as chickens (egg collecting is a must for the children). Do not worry if you have forgotten your wellies, there is a wellie store for all to borrow. The on-site shop offers great local produce and organic meats from the farm available to purchase.
Should you wish to venture away from this fabulous site then the Georgian harbour town of Aberaeron is just under 7 miles away where you will find the colourful houses and architecture that make it so distinctive. There is an array of individual shops, and a wide choice of cafés, restaurants and pubs. Enjoy the famous honey ice cream or fish and chips whilst taking in the delightful sight of boats bobbing about in the harbour. The sweeping crescent of Cardigan Bay has over 60 miles of coastal pathway and stunning beaches, scenery and seaside towns and villages to explore, including Aberystwyth, New Quay, Llangrannog and Cardigan. The university town of Lampeter is also just 7 miles away.
