Sitting perfectly in between two spectacular lochs within Scotland’s aptly named ‘Great Glen’, this area has a lot to offer for all age groups, whether you’re an adventure seeker or you simply wish to escape the hustle and the bustle, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Set on the ground floor, this cottage offers two spacious bedrooms with the master having a en-suite. The open plan living space combines a generous sized kitchen with living and dining areas and has patio access to the front of the property with direct access to the waterfront. For those who enjoy a spot of al fresco dining, there is a bench outside for you to enjoy a nice cup of tea, or a glass of wine to wind down after a busy day out and about.
This location is perfectly situated to explore some of Scotland’s most popular tourist destinations. Fort William ’The UK’s Outdoor Capital’ is half an hour drive away, where you can climb Ben Nevis, board the Harry Potter Steam Train, or take to the slopes during the Winter months. For epic day trips, you won’t be disappointed with the Isle of Skye, the famous Eilean Donan Castle, Fort Augustus, the white sandy beaches near Mallaig and the city of Inverness all within easy reach. For those who enjoy their outdoor activities, there are many nearby to choose from including: white-water rafting, mountain biking, water sports, target sports, clay pigeon shooting, abseiling and archery.
