To the north is Widemouth bay and the bustling tourist town of Bude while to the west is the stunning and infamous village Boscastle, nestled in a steep valley where the river has cut a course through the steep cliffs to the sea. There are secluded coves, majestic views, wildlife and even a blowhole. Tintagel is 8 miles away and boasts a magnificent footbridge to reach the castle on a single level and has made the journey to the headland significantly easier. Beach 5 miles.
