Greenbank Farm is a beautifully presented single storey property that can be found in a peaceful, relaxing location in rural Lancashire. Boasting a wood fired hot tub and far reaching countryside views it makes the most perfect base for couples and small families to unwind, away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. Once inside, the living space is open plan and instantly inviting with a wood burning stove for cosy winter evenings. The two comfortable bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom which again is beautifully presented and has a good sized walk in shower.

The incredibly welcoming owners live next door with their children and pygmy goats, who really bring a smile to your face when playing in the paddock. Although rural there is a good variety of towns and villages within easy reach. Nearby Kirkham (10 minutes) offers plenty of cafés, pubs and takeaways as well as being home to the superb Ribby Hall Village, where you can purchase day passes for their luxurious onsite spa. The coastal resorts of Lytham and St Annes can be reached in around 20 minutes, with Lytham boasting a variety of bars, cafés, shops and restaurants. St Annes offers a huge beautiful beach with colourful beach huts.

The area is also internationally famous for golf with four championship golf courses to choose from, and hosts a variety of events such as Lytham Proms and St Annes Kite Festival. The glitz and glamour of Blackpool can also be reached in around 20 minutes and is home to a whole host of attractions. These include its famous tower, Madame Tussauds Waxworks, the Sealife Centre, Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle Waterpark and Blackpool Zoo. Finally if you’d like to swap the coast for countryside then the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Lake District National Park, Ribble Valley and Yorkshire Dales National Park are all easily accessible in around 1 hour.
