It is an impressive building which is every schoolchild’s dream of what a castle should be. The castle is the birthplace of Henry Tudor, an ideal place to explore and enjoy picnics or one of the many events held there such as historic re-enactments and music festivals. Rowing boats are available for hire on the Mill pond surrounding the castle. Award winning pubs, restaurants and supermarkets/butcher etc are within easy driving distance.
