As you enter Harbour Heights, you find yourself in the entrance hallway, leading into the bright and airy ground floor living/dining area. Boasting a large wood burner, a lovely cosy feature to warming up on those cold winter evenings. The family bathroom is located on this floor with a bath and shower attachment. The kitchen is located just off of the hallway and is modern after recently being refurbished, and is fully equipped with all you could need to rustle up a meal during your stay. From the kitchen, a door leads out onto the rear landscaped garden, with summerhouse and part lawned and gravelled this low maintenance sunny area is great for sitting out in and child friendly also.
The property is located in a quiet residential area just outside of Brixhams town centre, away from the hustle and bustle while still within walking distance of the town itself, the nearby pubs/bars, restaurants, beaches and harbour. The nearby boating towns of Kingswear and Dartmouth are just a short drive away as are the towns of Paignton & Torquay, along with Brixham making up the beautiful English Riviera. Beach 1 mile.
