The house is set opposite the harbour, over which it boasts commanding views from the Juliet balcony in the living room, an ideal spot to enjoy the arriving ships visiting Gorleston.
Just 550 yards walking distance is the wonderful sandy beach and its amenities. Gorleston beach is a bay with a wide curving sandy beach with ramp access, a yacht pond and children’s splashpad. There are shops, cafés, pubs, restaurants, a local theatre, sailing club and amusements. The beach is dog friendly, and offers great walks along the promenade, on the beach and upper levels, or join the weekend park run along the prom.
The town centre offers plenty of shops and restaurants, and there are more ameniites withing a 1000 yards. For more lively seaside family fun, visit Great Yarmouth, with plenty to entertain, from amusements and arcades to circus shows. Why not have a day out at Pleasurewood Hills family theme park, alternatively golf clubs can be borrowed for any golfers wanting to play at the local Gorleston golf club.
