Hawthorns is set within the small hamlet of Scurlage, deep within the truly stunning Gower Peninsular and close to some amazing local beaches with Llangennith beach, Fall Bay and Three Cliffs Bay only a few minutes’ drive away. Be sure to discover all that Rhossili has to offer with some gastro style pubs and restaurants specialising in local produce and of course some tasty hand caught sea fish. You can also enjoy some sublime views over Rhossili Bay and Worms Head, a fascinating outcrop of land comprising two rocky islands joined to the mainland by a narrow causeway. Perriswood Archery and Falcon Centre is a 10-minute drive away, ideal for all ages where you can learn archery and hold some magnificent birds.
Hawthorns is the perfect escape for your family to enjoy, this detached property has been lovingly renovated to a very good standard in 2021 with a great deal of thought and care to make the perfect holiday spot. Travelling further East you can uncover Port Eynon, Oxwich and of course The Mumbles where you can visit the lifeboat station, pier and enjoy the views from the promenade.
Swansea itself offers a wide variety of shopping, marina, theatres, market, many restaurants and cafés, and a bustling nightlife. For great days visit the National Botanical Gardens of Wales, Aberglasney Gardens or the famous walled coastal town of Tenby, all within reach and perfect for day trips. Beach 1 mile.
