Access to 90 acres of farmland with river fishing (shared with owner and other properties on-site). Private parking. No smoking. Dogs welcome - charges apply. Please note: The spiral stone staircase to the first floor is accessed via a doorway, part of the staircase has a very low ceiling and may be not suitable for the less mobile.
Enjoy a holiday at this charming cottage which has been carefully restored to showcase a variety of original features, including a large inglenook fireplace housing a Clearview wood burner. The Ancient Houses Commission recently dendro-chronologically dated the timbers of Hen Dy holiday cottage to be from 1550.
A very good local pub is just a mile away from the cottage on the main road. To the west, the Llyn Peninsula offers many coves, harbours and vast stretches of safe, sandy beaches. Black Rock sands is the closest. The coast path is 84 miles of diverse landscapes including open countryside, wild heath and coastal features.
