This beautifully presented house offers a comfortable stay in the charming little market town of Pateley Bridge, which is set in the stunning Nidderdale, Area of Natural Outstanding Beauty.
Hill View has been stylishly decorated and furnished with comfort in mind and offers both couples and families a perfect Yorkshire holiday retreat, whilst being ideally located to explore all that this fantastic area has to offer. The property is set over two levels. You enter the property through the porch into the dining room. The delightful living area to your left is a lovely cosy space where you can kick back and relax in front of the electric fire, keeping warm on the colder evenings whilst watching a movie on the Smart TV, with a glass or two of your favourite red. On the same floor you have a well-presented, well-equipped modern kitchen, with plenty of room for food preparation should you not wish to dine at the many superb eateries close by. There is also a good-sized double bedroom which offers en-suite facilities. The second bedroom on the first floor presents a plush king-sized bed. All bedrooms are fitted with fresh cotton bedding guaranteeing a perfect night’s sleep. There is a separate office for those needing to work while away.
