This lovely spacious static home is ideally set on the Lido Leisure Park in the delightful market and spa town of Knaresborough. The Brimham Retreat has plenty of charm and offers families, couples and friends a perfect holiday retreat whilst being ideally located to explore all that the Yorkshire Dales and surrounding areas have to offer. You enter the property into the open plan living area, which is a comfortable, cosy area to relax in after a day exploring this stunning area. The kitchen/dining area is well presented and well-equipped for all your culinary needs along with a dining table which seats four people should you not wish to dine out in the many eateries close by. There are two bedrooms, the master offers a plush kingsize and the second with twins both guaranteeing a great night’s sleep ensuring you are ready for the next day’s adventure. The bathroom presents a shower cubicle, sink and toilet. Outside you have a little patio area with seating ideal for having a drink al fresco style in the summer months.
With The Brimham Retreat located on the leisure park you have instant access to the independently run club house with a large lounge bar area, offering quality home cooked meals seven days a week, live entertainment and Sky Sports. The leisure park also has a fantastic café with balcony overlooking the beautiful River Nidd, again independently run and you also have instant access to Knaresborough with its fantastic market on a Wednesday. Knaresborough is also famous for Mother Shipton’s Cave and Petrifying Well and boasts an interesting castle, painted by JMW Turner, perched high on the cliff top. Stroll along the riverside promenade, relax with an ice cream or hire a boat and spend an afternoon ’messing about on the river’. If you did want to go further afield there is the stylish spa town of Harrogate just a short 20-minute drive, Harrogate is bursting with fantastic restaurants, pubs, and not to forget the world-famous Betty’s Tearoom which is a must for afternoon tea. Knaresborough is on the doorstep of the Yorkshire Dales meaning there are plenty of opportunities to explore the stunning countryside, whether it being on foot or by bike you will always have plenty to see and investigate.
