There is a delightful bakery, with an outdoor seating area as well as a wide variety of takeaway savoury and sweet treats for your day on the beach. There are several top-notch eating places in the village, two pubs and a newsagents/off license. An ice cream parlour and gift shop are just off the beach. Between March and October you can enjoy the Bardsey Island boat trip, the 12 seater leaves from Porth Meudwy, a short drive from Aberdaron. You can expect to spot Seals, Porpoises and a fabulous diversity of seabirds during the journey. You’ll also get to spend 4hrs doing your own this on this magical, mystical Island.
