A 35-minute drive will bring you to the fantastic Ceredigion coastline with its beaches, dolphin-watching boat trips, the town of Aberystwyth with its cliff railway, pier and long promenade and the attractive Georgian harbour town of Aberaeron, famous for its honey ice cream. For a more leisurely activity, there are plenty of historic houses, castles, and abbeys to discover and several excellent distilleries and breweries. Beach 16¼ miles.
