Keed’s Barn, named after a variety of old Sussex apple, overlooks an orchard with views to the paddock behind. The Barn is a one-bedroom property in a landscaped garden which is shared with Keeds Cottage (UK43128) and is located in the Sussex countryside.
Inside, the barn is warm and inviting with an open plan living space, with a comfortable seating area and flat screen television. The kitchen area has a breakfast bar. The bedroom on the first floor is a peaceful space, with a comfortable kingsize bed and is decorated to a high standard, it’s the perfect retreat at the end of a long day. The en-suite bathroom is modern and clean with a shower, towels, bed linen and a hairdryer provided for added convenience. This one-bedroom barn has been finished with exceptional fixtures and fittings and is perfectly designed.
The barn has a covered patio area, perfect for enjoying a cup of morning coffee or glass of wine in the evenings. There is an electric charging point for 1 electric vehicle on site, (please contact the owners for tariff).
Keed’s Barn is in the South Downs National Park and it’s a great location for visiting all that West Sussex has to offer. There are some lovely walks on public footpaths straight from the front door or visit the local Pulborough Wildbrooks Nature Reserve. Hire Kayaks from Pulborough Paddles and experience the river Arun and it’s wildlife.
Arundel Castle is less than 15 miles away, taking approximately 30 minutes by car. The town of Petworth with its stylish shops, historic House and Deer Park is 8 miles away. Chichester is 19 miles to the south, it has a beautiful Cathedral and renowned Festival Theatre. The lovely Sandy beach of West Witterings is an easy day out, as are other attractions and south coast destinations. Goodwood is also within easy reach and is famous for its horse racing, Motor Circuit and Festivals of Speed and the Goodwood Revival. Pulborough has a train station, London Victoria is 1hr and 20 minutes away, or heading to the coast, visit Brighton by train.
