Perfect for a couple looking for a quirky, characterful, holiday from which to explore the beauty and magnificence of north Cornwall. Krowji Klys nestles quietly on a small farm a short drive from the famous coastal villages of Tintagel and Boscastle. Once you set eyes on this enchanting wooden holiday retreat, hidden from view, you will be struck by an almost ‘Hobbit-home meets glamping pod’ appearance sure to make you smile and just yearning to see inside. Carefully constructed and of a very rare design, this exquisite place has plenty of room, with a ground floor boasting an open plan living/dining area and quaint yet well equipped kitchen with and the essentials to hand. There is a wonderful bathroom with shower room and doors leading onto your private garden space, perfect for morning coffee or evening glass of wine, with views out to sea and the spectacular dark sky exhibiting galaxies, planets and shooting stars above you. There is a wonderful, small wooden spiral staircase with branches as handrails no less, leading up to a cosy mezzanine floor with gorgeous king-size bed. Here a peaceful night’s sleep awaits you after a busy day exploring the area and in advance of tomorrow’s adventures.
The rugged north Cornwall coast has much to discover, with sandy beaches, coves, and inlets whilst the village of Tintagel, forever linked with King Arthur, myths, and legends and pretty Boscastle are must visits. Less than half an hour’s drive is Bude, a town with several beaches, famous for surfing and all things watersports. With shops, restaurants, the unique Bude sea pool and Southwest Coastal Path, revealing breath taking vistas at any time of the year. Inland lies Bodmin Moor, where ancient tors and fascinating stone structures punctuate the skyline, the town itself has a wonderful heritage steam railway and chilling jail experience where life behind bars in time past come to life before your eyes! Beach 2¾ miles.
