For those who love scenic walks and discovery then the options are endless. This property which is available to book with a similar, slightly larger one next door is located next to the owner’s home who is on hand should you need anything. It is all on one level a comfortable and contemporary accommodation for two comprising of an open plan living room with TV, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed and there’s a shower room with a walk-in shower. Outside you’ll find a shared lawn and woodland and a private enclosed courtyard with seating and spaces to enjoy a lovely meal or evening drink.
Locally you will find an archery centre and the famous Warhorse Museum. Hatherleigh is nearby, with two pubs, a shop, fish and chip shop, tourist information and a great café that does all day breakfasts and delicious homemade cakes. This part of rural Devon is known as Ruby Country, ideal for walkers and countryside lovers, and is also within easy reach of the Tarka Trail which offers spectacular off road walking and cycling.
