The terraced property is located on the outskirts of Bognor Regis and the local area has plenty to offer to make your stay memorable. Bognor Regis is one of the most popular seaside resorts on the south coast of England, boasting lovely beaches, fun at Hotham Park, great family activities at the Butlin’s resort and much, much more. The South Downs National Park is also nearby for scenic walks, or there are plenty of attractions within easy reach, including many National Trust properties.
A little further afield you could take a trip to Chichester, where you can visit the town’s 12th-century cathedral and admire an area that is steeped in history. Check out Arundel with its historic castle and Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust, which is situated only 10 miles away and provides a good day out. The Goodwood Estate is well worth a visit and is situated just a short drive away, where you can enjoy an event at the racecourse, or simply just walk round and admire the beautiful estate. Also worth a visit is Fontwell Park Racecourse, which is only 8 miles away. You can jump on the train at Bognor Regis station and travel east towards Brighton, which is known for its cosmopolitan feel and has the Royal Pavilion, art galleries, theatres, extensive shopping, marina and other facilities. Alternatively head west to Portsmouth and its historic dockyard, and admire the Spinnaker Tower, historic ships or waterside dining. For an excellent day trip, take a ferry across the Solent to the Isle of Wight. Beach 2 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
