Little Samphire provides the perfect accommodation for a well-deserved holiday on the stunning Gower Peninsula. The fitted kitchen is ideal for some tasty holiday cooking, although eating out in Oystermouth village can be a relaxing and enjoyable experience. A wide and varied cuisine is on offer which should suit most appetites, there are three supermarkets, greengrocers, butcher and fishmonger which can cater for your every need. A restful night’s sleep is promised in the two peaceful bedrooms which enjoy additional furnishings and comfortable beds. Your dogs are very welcome to stay and will love the many dog-friendly beaches and scenic walks in the area. The immediate area is, generally, quiet and safe. All properties nearby are occupied and well-maintained. There have been several tasteful new property developments and existing property refurbishments in recent years, locally, enhancing the overall quality of the area.
You will love the Mumbles, a bustling seaside town with unique shops, cafes, acclaimed restaurants and happy holiday vibe. Walk to the picture-perfect Langland Bay, with its beach huts, rock pools and cliff-path walks or take a drive to explore the 19 miles of sandy coves along the Peninsula, including the glorious Rhossili Bay. A local farmers market is held in the village on the second Saturday of every month selling local produce from the farms around the Gower. Oystermouth Castle, open to the public, is just a short walk from the seafront in the village. Swansea is a short distance away and has all the amenities that a big city can offer including cinemas, tenpin bowling, leisure centre, theatre, museums and the marina. At night a host of bars, cafes and clubs come to life for the younger or more energetic element.
