You’ll be positioned a few miles from Menai Bridge where the island meets the mainland, and only ten minutes to Newbrough beach and forest, one of the most important red squirrel conservation sites in the United Kingdom.
Anglesey Sea Zoo is just over 2 miles away a must visit for all ages. The fantastic island of Anglesey has 125 miles of coastline to explore, you’ll be spoilt for choice along the way for which beaches to visit. There are miles of coastal paths to explore and take in the magnificent scenery whilst spotting the local wildlife. You are just a short drive away from some of the island’s famous sites, such as South Stack Lighthouse, and Beaumaris, a UNESCO world heritage site with a historic moated castle. You can take a boat trip from here at certain times of the year, to visit Puffin Island!
There’s also the Rib Ride boat which runs from various parts of the island for the majority of the year. There is something for everyone of all ages to enjoy in this diverse region no matter your interests.
