The former Royal Oak Hotel, in the centre of Keswick, was architecturally converted into individual holiday apartments. All the amenities Keswick offers are available on the doorstep, so your car need never leave its allocated parking space. Loft 10 is an extremely bright apartment at the top of the building accessed through a communal entrance with lift to the second floor then stairs up to the third floor. Renovated to a good standard, with a contemporary style, Loft 10 is delightfully decorated, with stunning views over the rooftops of Keswick to Skiddaw. Derwentwater and the Theatre by the Lake are a 10-minute stroll through the beautifully landscaped Hope Park Memorial Gardens, with mini-golf, crazy golf and putting. The Keswick Launch Company operate regular trips around the lake each day, with numerous drop-off points if you wish to continue on foot. Keswick is renowned for its spectacular setting, surrounded by mountains, a vast array of outdoor activity shops and a great selection of pubs and restaurants. Shop, pub and restaurant 50 yards.
