Off the lounge is the kitchen which is sure to delight the chef of the party with its well-stocked draws and modern appliances, there is also a handy dining table which is the ideal place for guests to watch the chef as they cook up anything from a Sunday roast to a simple sandwich. Moving back through the lounge, there is a second, more formal dining area then you step into a lovely little sunroom which offers views of the enclosed garden. Upstairs are three double bedrooms and a family bathroom with a corner bath and shower above it.

Nearby, there is plenty to do and see such as Ingleton, which is a little gem of a town known as the Land of Caves and waterfalls and for good reason. Whitescar Cave, the longest show cave in Britain, is just north of Ingleton, under Ingleborough, one of the Yorkshire 3 Peaks and offers tours so you can appreciate how nature crafted this stunning spectacle over millions of years.
Above ground, you can enjoy more of nature’s beauty by taking the Ingleton Waterfalls Trail, a 4.5-mile trail with distinctive geological features and associated plant life. It is 5 minutes’ drive to the historic market town of Kirkby Lonsdale full of boutique shops, as well as fantastic cafés and restaurants, making for a great day out.
