It has easy access to coastal walks and a wide range of water sports located at the stunning Beadnell Bay. There is a pub/restaurant and hotel in the old part of the village, two licensed cafes and a village shop nearby.

Sleeping two guests, this refurbished property is ideal for a couples getaway. Sit out and enjoy breakfast in the private garden or take a leisurely stroll to the beach. After a busy day exploring, retreat back to this cosy cottage which offers many comforts including two Freeview TVs, one of which is in the bedroom, and a welcome pack, ensuring guests feel right at home. Beadnell is one of the county’s hidden treasures, with beaches and traditional amenities.

Seahouses, 2 miles, has a working harbour where boat trips maybe taken to see the seals and puffins on the Farne Islands. Visit Bamburgh Castle, with its much photographed romantic beach or Alnwick, 12 miles, with its famous castle used in the Harry Potter films and enchanting water gardens. Take a trip across the causeway (at low tide) to Holy Island, a few miles further up the rugged and unspoilt coastline.
